Meet Phillip Davis, a Vietnam War veteran and Las Vegas resident who has spent the last two elections volunteering as a poll worker. He volunteers through a nonprofit called Vet the Vote, which aims to recruit veterans to monitor polls and bolster confidence in elections nationwide.
