Ah, the iconic Bloody Mary. It’s the quintessential brunch companion, a customizable comfort cocktail, perfect as a hangover cure or party pick-me-up.

In Las Vegas, the Bloody Mary is more than a simple drink. It’s often a work of art, and in some cases, a full meal. Best of all, you don’t have to look far to find one, especially those with extravagant garnishes and jaw-dropping presentations. Some restaurants even have bottomless Bloody Marys and Bloody Mary carts to let you create your own.

If you’re craving a Bloody Mary that will make everyone in the room “ooh” and “ahh,” read on. With toppings ranging from Flaming Hot Cheetos and onion rings to an entire hamburger and a crab leg, here are eight of the most over-the-top Bloody Marys in Las Vegas.

A Bloody Mess

Where: The Beast by Todd English, Area 15
Cost: $48

James Beard Award-winning chef Todd English’s bold culinary experience includes a 26-ounce signature Bloody Mary known as A Bloody Mess. This hearty drink is crafted with Ketel One Vodka and traditional celery spears. But the real meat and potatoes of this drink are actual meat and potatoes: a 4-ounce classic cheeseburger, two buffalo wings, and a signature potato tornado (a skewer of crispy spiral potatoes). This beast is a feast worth taming if you have the guts.

The Hail Mary

Where: Squeeze In, 2 locations in Las Vegas
Cost: $25.49

Close your eyes, get ready, and go long with the signature Bloody Mary at Squeeze In, a family-owned restaurant with nearly a dozen locations in Nevada, California, and Idaho. Made with not one, but four shots of house vodka, The Hail Mary is topped with three crispy strips of premium bacon, a gourmet grilled cheese sandwich (on thick garlic cheese toast with melted cheddar), three pepperoncini, a stuffed olive, a celery stick, and a lemon wedge. It’s so sinful, you may have to say penance after drinking it.

The Colossal

Where: Alexxa’s, Paris Las Vegas
Cost: Unlisted

If you like your Bloody Mary big and bold with a Las Vegas Strip view, you’ll love The Colossal. Mixed with basil-infused vodka, this loaded drink includes peppered bacon, pickled peppers, olive, cheese, okra, tomato, celery, cucumber, and lime. But the real cherry on top is the king crab leg and jumbo shrimp. It’s like a seafood tower that you can drink.

Famous Bin Mary

Where: Bin 702, Downtown Container Park
Cost: $17

This upscale wine bar in downtown Las Vegas is only 640 square feet, but don’t judge the size of their Bloody Mary by their footprint. The Famous Bin Mary is a massive treat, loaded with meat and cheese as well as a trendy twist on toppings: a Flamin’ Hot Cheeto mini sandwich and a Flamin’ Hot Cheeto-crusted pickle. The only thing missing from this hair of the dog drink is actual hair from a dog.

Guy’s Famous BBQ Bloody Mary

Where: Guy Fieri Vegas Kitchen and Bar, The Linq
Cost: $22

This mammoth Bloody Mary is the brainchild of Food Network star, UNLV graduate, and Celebrity Chef Guy Fieri. It’s crafted with a house-made Bloody Mary mix and two signature Guy sauces (Bourbon Brown Sugar BBQ and Buffalo sauces) plus Tito’s Handmade vodka, then topped with candied bacon and andouille sausage. It also has a fully loaded veggie skewer, so technically it’s healthy.

Virgil’s Big Bloody Bull Rider

Where: Virgil’s BBQ, Linq Promenade
Cost: $17

Virgil’s BBQ is all about its slow-smoked meat, so it makes sense that Virgil’s Big Bloody Bull Rider comes with an option to add a Famous BBQ Skewer with bacon lardon, brisket, and a BBQ chicken wing, plus a cherry tomato and pickle to balance out the gluttony ($8.95 up charge). The drink itself is made with vodka and signature Bloody Mary mix, then served in a big mug with a dry rub rim. It’s a no-bull Bloody Mary!

House Special Bloody Mary

Where: Favorite Bistro, Linq Promenade
Cost: $41.95

Favorite Bistro is a French-American restaurant boasting Instagrammable cocktails, and its House Special Bloody Mary makes the cut. This crazy concoction is like an appetizer sampler platter in drink form, topped with two beef sliders, two chicken wings, two slices of bacon, a fried pickle, onion rings, celery, and a tomato. After drinking one of these, you might not have room for your meal.

Johnny’s Famous B.L.T. Mary

Where: Hash House A Go Go, 5 locations in the Las Vegas area
Cost: Unlisted

You’ve heard of a B.L.T. sandwich. How about a B.L.T. Mary? Considering Hash House A Go Go serves enormous plates of Midwest-inspired farm food, you know this drink will make an impression. It’s named for co-founder Johnny Rivera, who calls it a perfect hangover cure. Crafted with Drake’s Organic Vodka, house Bloody Mary mix, Louisiana hot sauce, fresh horseradish, and Worcestershire sauce, Johnny’s Famous B.L.T. Mary also includes a hardwood smoked bacon slice and a rib of lettuce with a tomato wheel garnish, pepper, and a bacon salt rim. Johnny even throws in a side of white toast to help you soak up your questionable choices.
