Four-time James Beard Award-winning celebrity chef Todd English is renowned for his many successful restaurant concepts around the U.S. and in Las Vegas. Now he’s thrown his chef hat into the hotelier ring, opening the swanky The English Hotel in the heart of the downtown Las Vegas Arts District. 

Non-gaming and pet-friendly, this adults-only boutique hotel is anchored by The Pepper Club, an Asian fusion restaurant named after Chef English’s dog. Everything on the menu is world-class yet locally sourced, as is the craft beer, created by local brewery Beer District Brewing.

Along with a patio, an outdoor pool, and a lounge on-site, the hotel is surrounded by trendy local cafes, bars, shops, and art studios. It’s also within walking distance of the Fremont Street Experience. The Lexi is a non-gaming, adults-only hotel with a dank designation as the first cannabis-friendly hotel in Las Vegas. This added perk is currently limited to fourth-floor rooms with “cutting-edge air filtration technology.” No more sneaking around and blowing smoke into the toilet of a steamy bathroom, or rolling up a towel beneath your hotel room door.

Located on West Sahara, just off Interstate 15, The Lexi (formerly the Artisan) is a haven for guilty pleasures. The Lexi Bar serves creative craft cocktails and scrumptious, sharable bites to satisfy any cravings (a.k.a. the munchies). The pool is European-style; In other words, it’s topless-optional.
